June 1, 20224 yr Hi, I had to rebuild my PC after the Xbox app lost its mind and would no longer launch games, this seems to have locked me out of my fenix a320 as signing into the app never completes. How do I get hold of Fenix to get it reset? I don’t use discord? Thanks in advance for any help!

Go to Dashboard and choose to reset your activation. There is an option for that. If it doesn't work submit ticket. Within hours you should get a reply. June 1, 20224 yr if reset does not work, use other browser or go incognito. Worked for me after new Windows install. Rig Specs; CPU AMD Ryzen 9950X3d, GPU 5090 32gb, Memory 64GB 2x32 CL28 , WD-SN710 Black 500 GB, WD-SN710 Black 2TB, MSI x870XeTomahawk, Be Quit Straight power 1200 Watt platinum. LG Oled C4

August 14, 20232 yr If it doesn't say success and your CPU gets hot open a incongnito window and reset your activation there. This should work but if not reset activation on a different PC.
September 20, 20232 yr I had purchase the fenix a320 while back wish is amazing plane but then I had to upgrade my pc new mother cpu grafic card but then when I login to fenix it won’t let me it say license revoke any can help what to do thx

I have the same issue I did rebuild my pc and now it’s telling license revoked can someone help me out here thank you
