June 8, 20223 yr And that is being less expensive. For example I have just purchased FS Acadamy navigation from the MP it it costed me 230 SEK. First I tried buying it from Just Flight but then it would cost 270 SEK being more expensive even if I take into account the JF points I get. I have also seen that the Milviz C310 cost 400 SEK on the MP. I bought it directly from Milviz and it cost me 460 SEK. Why is it like this ?
June 8, 20223 yr As far as JustFlight goes: "We are a UK website and the price is based on an equivalent to the UK price (including VAT) plus card processing. The exchange rate between the £ and <insert your currency here> is different to € to <insert your currency here>." Edited June 8, 20223 yr by FrankT correction
June 9, 20223 yr The MSFS store has differential pricing so people across the world see prices based on their country. Some places are cheaper, some more expensive. Steam is similar (not MSFS version of steam, I mean buying other games from Steam). If you have an address in a lower-income country, you'll see prices are significantly lower than US prices.
June 9, 20223 yr The disadvantage is that they take so long to update anything. Jude BradleyBeech Baron: Uh, Tower, verify you want me to taxi in front of the 747?ATC: Yeah, it's OK. He's not hungry. June 9, 20223 yr I've purchased all my MSFS addons from the MP, but two (Fenix and FSUIPC7). But I'm in a low-income country. I guess people in other countries may have the same prices in and out of the MP. My P3D era was rather expensive, when compared with MSFS... June 9, 20223 yr I try to buy from the MP first as it is more convenient and I'm guessing some money gets back to the sim. Not like FSX where I have 50 add-ons through 25 different sites. I have purchased a couple things away from the MP though, like the DC F-14.. you know why 😏 Edited June 9, 20223 yr by reignman40 ASUS Prime Z490-A / i7-10700K / RTX 4080 / G.SKILL Ripjaws 32GB / Lian-Li PC-O11 Dynamic case
