Black Square - Velocity XL - Released

Recommended Posts

Wonder if the canard will have any lift or if its only the wing?  Do we know if MSFS even models multiple wings?

It has working breakers a plus.... though not sure if it has failures at all.

I need a TDS GTN Xi in here 🙂

Seriously no one has tried this yet hehe?  I haven't even turned on my PC in days - guys I'd love to get this but not sure I'd even have time to fly it.

It's 100% on my list, although again, disappointed it has the awful stock G3X instead of the NXi in..... but it's an uncertified plane so a G1000 would be very unrealistic.   We need a serious WTT upgrade of the G3X!

Rest of the plane looks amazing though.

Another interesting plane that I would be pulling the trigger on, but there's no way in hell i'm spending money on anything with the stock G3X in it.     Anyone know if any other unit can be modded in yet?

If you use the WT G3X mod and the TDS unit you can have very realistic navigation.  I don't think it supports TDS or the WTT mode on the PMS GTN yet.

I pulled the trigger, great looking airplane and fun to fly. Unfortunately no TDS capability, just the PMS. The WT G3X pairs great with it however. Hopefully we see TDS capability at some point.

I bought this standby.  I'll make a TDS quick integration - but I asked the dev for a full integration with proper bezel etc.

Thread isn't getting much attention unfortunately...  maybe we're all bored of piston singles lol.  This one is more interesting though - I did a mini reivew here:

Prepare for another piston single, I hear thru the grapevine that the JustFlight Tomahawk is going into beta.

So about the Velocity...I wonder if the real life planes have issues with cooling that rear engine?  Especially a TSIO-550 with twin turbos, that's a bigg'un.

The developer has done an integration (using existing bezel) for the TDS - update available from your vendor
