June 10, 20223 yr Idly looking through Steam this morning and noticed this one. It is a sim for passengers not flight crew. For those who like flying cattle class and have money to spend, check it out. I think there is a 2 hour and a 5.75 hour flight for you to endure. https://store.steampowered.com/app/931310/Airplane_Mode/ 😄
June 10, 20223 yr I suppose it might be more exciting than watching paint dry. I mean, when watching paint dry, you just sit there and never move. You could stand and watch it, just to see how long you could stand in one place. If you had a clock to watch while watching the paint dry, you could see how long you could hold your breath. Wait, I just realized you could do the "hold your breath" thing while sitting for 5.75 hours in an isle seat (in your computer chair, looking at a monitor) instead of watching paint dry. By the time you practice holding your breath, after 5.75 hours. you might be good enough at holding your breath to invest in a new occupation - Diving for Scallops. You could probably make 50 to 75 USD per 5 gallon bucket. (strike that amount, it just went up to 90 to 120 USD per bucket). Maybe this could be a good investment. Thanks for the heads-up on this offering. Now all I have to do is figure out how to afford the trip to the Bay to go diving. (after I borrow a diving mask, I don't at the moment know anyone who has a mask). Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10700F CPU @ 2.90GHz (8 cores) Hyper on, Evga RTX 3060 12 Gig, 32 GB ram, Windows 11, P3D v6, and MSFS 2020 and a couple of SSD's
June 10, 20223 yr We mock, but it seems half of Avsim is incapable of flying MFS without cabin announcements, music during boarding etc à la FS Passengers etc, so it would probably suit them. June 10, 20223 yr Author Well when you think about it 99.9% of us will never fly a real plane so therefore we are all passengers when we fly in real life. This app is probably more relevant to our lives than MSFS.
