Disappearing Jetways LPPT.

Featured Replies

Hi Guys,

Just started to get this issue at MK Studios LPPT since the lastest GSX update, all was ok prior to that.only happens at LPPT.As soon as i select the jetway with GSX all jetways disappear with the message, all active jetways stopped due to main module (exe) reset disconnection (N-1).I have reinstalled GSX,SODE and the airport itself but still the issue remains.Wonder if any P3Dv5 wizards out there know how to correct it,before i post on GSX MK Studios forums. As i said this only happens at LPPT all other payware airports are fine.

With Thanks,

Gary Jones.

Are you sure it’s just LPPT? The latest GSX update has corrupted the GSX P3D version and it breaks SODE at every airport I’ve tried it at. We’re apparently waiting for a new installer.

And in EDDF, EDDH, EKCH the same! I have been trying to solve the problem for 2 hours now nothing helps (new installation, rebuild etc.)

There was no update for P3D GSX since March according to the website were FSDT publishes updates

https://www.fsdreamteam.com/couatl_liveupdate_notes.html

I recommend to run the installer again, Microsoft Defender disabled for this process.

Uninstalled everything regarding GSX,installed again with anti virus off, still the same issues, there are plenty on the GSX forum reporting the same issues,no doubt it will be the users fault,GSX never admit it was something they messed up.

Gigabyte x670 Aorus Elite AX MB; AMD 7800X3D CPU; Deepcool LT520 AIO Cooler; 64 Gb G.Skill Trident Z5 NEO DDR5 6000; Win11 Pro; P3D V5.4; 1 Samsung 990 2Tb NVMe SSD: 1 Crucial 4Tb MX500 SATA SSD; 1 Samsung 860 1Tb SSD; Gigabyte Aorus Extreme 1080ti 11Gb VRAM; Toshiba 43" LED TV @ 4k; Honeycomb Bravo.

Right now, Umberto is working through the various problems that impacted P3D users significantly over the weekend.

The installer has been updated since then which should resolve the disappearing jetways many reported, but there are other problems such as the fuel trucks not being positioned correctly, hieroglyphics (floating garbled text at gates) and a number of related issues that have been reported that will need some to be repaired. I would recommend to check in over at the FSDT GSX forum for further info, updates or if you discover new issues.
