A quick couple of shots of the V35 Bonanza, SEQM

Seemed like a reasonable thing for the price, so a first flight. Out of SEQM

This was third attempt to do this flight. CTDs every time. I'll try rebooting and clearing everything down but this V35 was the only change from my last time in the sim.

Ryzen 9 7900X, Corsair H150 AIO cooler, 64 Gb DDR5, Asus X670E Hero m/b, 3090ti, 13Tb NVMe, 8Tb SSD, 16Tb HD, 55" Philips 4k HDR monitor, EVGA 1600w ps, all in Corsair 7000D airflow case. Sims in use - 2020, 2024, XP-12 and -11, FSX/SE, P3Dv4.5 and v5.4. DCS and AFS2 installed but rarely used

I know they called it the notorious Doctor killer , but hopefully not a Sim killer also . ☹️

Hope you sort out the hiccup soon and get going with it.... Andy... outstanding backdrop scenery, here, with this plane... (I recall, the V35 Bonanza was one of my very first, if not the first Carenado a/c... purchase...oh boy...many many moons ago...)

Still getting CTDs with it? I was getting CTDs yesterday (don't have the Bonanza) and many others reported having them too (possible server caused).

Anyway, the Carenado version is just stunning.

Cool shots, Andy. I'm still on SU9 and my sim runs like clockwork. Most things on ultra and I'm really happy with it. But of course I know that this doesn't really help you, so I hope you'll soon find, what's causing it.

Any attempt to stretch fuel is guaranteed to increase headwinds

My specs: AMD Radeon RX6700XT, AMD Ryzen 9 5900X, 32GB RAM, 34" monitor, screen resolution: 2560x1080

Thanks folks, and I think the CTDs are just coincidence. There's obviously a lot of that going on for some folk at the moment and it looks like I'm in that select bunch. I also find the sim goes into a stutter/freeze frenzy after about 40 minutes into any flight (it gets over it and resumes ok'ish after a few minutes) plus I'm getting a lot of "insufficient bandwidth" messages. Basically, it feels like the servers are at least partially f***ed at the moment. Hopefully it will come right (or at least better, or at worst - different <grin>) when SU10 gets out - I'm not using the beta so still on SU9, which is where things started going a bit iffy for me.
