Hi there

I export all my addon Airports throught ADE xml method to have it on the Airport Map Display. However, some of them are wrong and does not match the AFCAD I used.

I.e. ZBAA from WF Scnerery. The whole Terminal 3 is missing and ZGGG is also completey wrong.

I made a .XML with A_ASceneries (ZBAA). That may help for the time being resolving your issues with WF Scnerery.

You can use ADE to open the actual bgl using and export as XML, rename it and send to QW's folder.

@Benzhangar, wow thank you. Very kind. Do you have maybe also an XML vor ZGGG v2?
@C2615 that's what I did but on some airports, it somehow does not work properly.

After I had the same wrong layout with your xml I was able to find the culprit. I had also a subfolder with stockairport xml files inside. After deleting it, I had the correct layouts even on those airports, I mentioned were wrong (ZBAA, ZGGG, OMAA].
On more question. I found by chance the option to highlight Runway, Taxiway or Gates within the airport map. In my case, it does not work.
So. i.e. at Beijing I press only in the captains CDU R.18L and the nothing happens. Anyone of you use this future?

Hi Patrick,

Can you confirm what FMC page and LSK you are using to enter the runway? I was not aware of this feature, but I can try since I plan to fly my QW787 this weekend.

 

Also, do you also experience this issue, that at some airports, while the moving airport map is visible on the MFD, it can sometimes show an offset from the real aircraft position relative to the taxiways? i.e the aircraft is physically centred on the taxiway, but the aircraft is not always shown as centred on the same taxiway on the map. Note, all IRS are fully aligned in the cockpit.

@787flyerYes with the miss alignment on the Map, I had it i.e. yesterday at ZGGG but after I found the culprit today and deleting all stock xml files, it was perfectely aligned.

I have Aerosoft's EGLL and none of the taxiways or gates show up when I zoom the 787 ND right down. How do I update this?
