Since yesterday I have been unable to get into marketplace.  Anyone else having this problem? Do I have a problem.  All else appears ok.

There has been a lot of connection issues in the last week, both in-game and the marketplace. I had to wait for two days (almost) to be able to download the Canada WU11. Seems that you're not the only one.

Cheers, Ed

Well Ed,it has been 24 hours and still grayed out. I guess I will not be able to buy anything from the Market Place.

That happened to me 2 days ago - somehow the sim disabled live data - so I  could not connect to servers or reach marketplace - solution was to set the Options > Data entries to OFF then ON again. Worked for me.

Tony D, you saved the day.  That was the problem.

Thanks

A possible other approach is to sign on to MSFS, 'not as the Administrator"

I have to do that to purchase anything in the Market Place, (MP).

Sign on as Administrator & an MP transaction won't go through.
