Are marshallers gone from all airports?

Featured Replies

I think I read that if an add-on scenery removes marshallers (or whatever you call those guys that guide you to a parking spot)., it removes them from all airports. Anyway I haven't seen any lately. Are they still around? I'm not sure how realistic this is for some GA planes, but I've flown into airports that do have them.

Is there a way to get them back, or am I just not looking in the right place. I tried turning on taxi assistance and it took me to a parking spot but no marshaller.

For some strange reason, I always get Raylan Givens waving the batons....

Actually I landed at KLOM and there was the guy with the sticks.

So much for that theory. My guy looked like "Ye", so I ran him over.

I did some flights this weekend and noticed they were not there.  I had the blue "box" showing me my parking spot, but nobody there to guide me in.

I still see them but only if I file a flight plan vs sightseeing.
