KBNA airport install problem

I wanted to get a better version of Nashville, TN, than the default, so I bought the Simmarket version of KBNA today.  For the life of me, I can't get it to work in P3dv5.  I'm not a novice at this; I've downloaded many sceneries and installed them successfully. I also use Lorby's Addon app successfully when necessary.

The download wants to install it in P3dv5 but places it in the P3dv5 addons folder.  That's fine, and it installs KBNA_HP_P3Dv5, and KBNA_LP_P3Dv5 folders with subfolders.  However, when I go to the airport I see RED X's at all gates, and there are no Jetways.  Just RED X's where planes are supposed to park.  I've tried adding it through Lorby's, and I've tried putting the download in different folders, and I can't get a correct rendition of this airport.  Originally, it was a download for P3dv3, but Simmarket has the V5 version.  I think if I can solve the RED X problem, that would enable this software to unravel.

Any thoughts on this?  Do you have it?

What documentation or extra folders came with it? Sode issues are usually pretty easy to figure out.

I’m in the middle of a flight but as soon as I finish I’ll look at my files.  I have their kpns and I don’t recall having a problem with it.

I presume that you mean you bought the Nashville scenery made by SXAD on Simmarket.

First, make sure SODE is installed and activated for P3Dv5.

Check that you have this folder:
C:\ProgramData\12bPilot\SODE\SimObjects\SXAD_KBNA_JETWAY

and this file:
C:\ProgramData\12bPilot\SODE\xml\SXAD_GATES_KBNA.xml

in the locations indicated.  If not, do a search for them and move them to the correct location.

On sim market in your downloads find the airport and there should be a sode fix.exe.  There is one for kpns in my downloads.

Sounds like a SODE problem.  Was there a separate download for the sode files?

Thank you, Dufus 01!  You were right.  Although there was NO Sode Fix. exe in my KBNA download, I was sure you had the right answer.  So, I removed my SODE v 1.7.1 instead of repairing it.  I restarted my computer and re-installed SODE 1.7.1.  When I went to KBNA in P3d, all was fixed!  Thank you again for pointing me in the right direction.  RED X's are gone and Jetways have appeared. Must have been a corrupt file in my SODE folder, or something of that nature.

Very much appreciated...PROBLEM SOLVED.
