November 11, 20223 yr Very nice pictures.... yes, I've been lately posting about ANA a lot, and was in fact looking for the de Havilland DH.114 Heron, their first pax service before they moved on to the DC3s... Thanks for posting the ANA classic...with that old logo on the tail...!!
November 11, 20223 yr Author P_7878 Yes ANA finding some decent colour pics to do the paint took a bit of work. I was surprised to find a couple of Herons in public parks in Japan as monuments to early days of Japanese airlines. The also operated the dove for a while here is a screenshot of the Dove in Northern Japan. (AH DH104 Dove ANA Repaints) Japan scenery has always been first class even from the days of FSX. I have a large collection of exquisite Japanese airport sceneries (FSX Maniacs was one developer most are long gone now but they all went into P3DV5 without any problems at all. I have never released the repaints but your welcome to them if you want PM me!. Edited November 11, 20223 yr by coastaldriver
November 13, 20223 yr Great work...for the sake of Heron/Dove history, and for ANA too...🙂...!! I did recall after I caught your DH.104 Dove remark, that I've had JF's Dove/Devon since a long time, but never got to explore it ....so, I took it out today in the color of (S.A.A.T) and made a post of it ...it was fun looking back into Dove days in the Outback from my (virtual) viewpoint ....🙂.... Yes, I would like to get the ANA Dove livery and its model, if different from JF's... (I'll send you a PM) ... Thanks, and Cheers...!!
