He doesn't fit that criteria. But of course there are overlaps with conditions. He has been medically diagnosed with Aspbergers. 

According to the gold standard for this sort of thing, the Jung, Myers& Briggs personality type assessment, they have him as an INTJ. 

I see him in a positive and negative light. I feel you will be biased toward the  negative no matter what. That's true of quite a few people, and not just with Musk. Many people make an assement of an individual or concept, and regardless of anything they are told will remain steadfastly negative, ignoring anything that's positive. I think its something we all can be guilty of.
