Marketplace not available?

Featured Replies

Since installing SU11, MSFS seems to work fine but on the opening screen it says "MARKETPLACE (CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE)". The marketplace box is there but is greyed out. Is anyone else seeing this?

The most annoying part is that I also seem unavailable to access "Content Manager". I usually do this via Marketplace. But I can't even access it via "Profile".

Can anyone help/advise please?

Check to see if you have online functionality selected. on/off under general options.

Had the same. Turning on online services (or something similar, I can‘t remember the exact wording) in the general options>data menu did the trick.

i9-11900K, RTX 4090, 32 GB ram, Honeycomb Alpha and Bravo, TCA Airbus sidestick and quadrant, Reverb G2

Yes for some reason "Online Services" were turned off after update for me. I was on the 11Beta.

Marketplace and other online functions was not working, after turning back on everything worked after about 5 minutes, no restart needed for me. But if not working right away I would restart computer and then everything should clear.

This happened once before to me a few updates ago as well.

Easy fix...

Brilliant! That worked. Thank you for helping me 🙂

SU11 must have turned it off for some reason.

Thank you! All working now 🙂

Welcome to the MS Servers. I did yesterday the update to SU11 and on my fiber internet connection the only thing I've got from MS were a mere 4-8 Mbps bandwidth. It took almost 9 hours to download all the stuff including the Marketplace "enhanced" DC-3 and A310.

This is not good.

Cheers, Ed
