To answer your question, in short, No. In long, even if they did have a system, for example via email address, then anyone could still do the survey with multiple email addresses. If by IP address then again multiple places via the use of phones or laptops, ergo you'd never stop the ability to submit multiple survey results from the same person so in essence being able to do so has always been the case with this particular survey. They may have other ways to check if you did the survey, such as checking for cookies, etc. But a very determined person could probably do this survey more than once. November 22, 20223 yr So, I was able to complete the survey after a second attempt. And, thankfully, it had remembered all of my answers up to the point where I was having trouble. All done now.
