Cathay Pacific Cargo 744 in Anchorage

Featured Replies

Beautiful sunset landing at PANC of a Cathay Pacific Cargo 747-400ERF. Thanks to the folks over at Simfest UK, integrating MSFS awesome visuals with Aerowinx PSX is super easy.

Great to see Aerowinx PSX with MSFS!

Intel i-9 13900KF @ 6.0 Ghz, MSI RTX 4090 Suprim Liquid X 24GB, MSI MAG CORELIQUID C360, MSI Z790 A-PRO WIFI, MSI MPG A1000G 1000W, G.SKILL 48Gb@76000 MHz DDR5, MSI SPATIUM M480 PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 2TB, Windows 11 Pro Ghost Spectre x64

2D panels in MSFS, interesting...😶 We've come so far only to go back. I'm late but I thought Aerowinx has long since abandoned 2D paneling in favor of modifying VC's much like Working Title to blend their solution with a full 3D cockpit model.  I guess I was wrong.

No such thing as a VC from Aerowinx, although some community projects are heading in that direction.

I am using 2D panels but many others such as the Simfest crew, use PSX for driving their full-deck simulators. That's where the combination of Aerowinx PSX and MSFS shines, IMO.

To me, the possibility of using a high-fidelity 747-400 simulation with great visuals is a dream come true.

Sounds good.  I'll pass on a 2D panel 744 in MSFS when we'll have options like PMDG's 744 with a full virtual cockpit.🙃
