December 27, 20223 yr I know this has been done to death before, BUT has anyone manged to bind a keyboard or Honeywell switch/axis to disconnect the longitude auto throttle. Taking your eyes off the outside right on landing to find the auto throttle button on the power levers does nothing to help the approach. Kev
December 27, 20223 yr I have a pre-programmed switch for Auto throttle on my Logitech Multipanel that works with Longitude, so there must be a keyboard command for it. System: I ASRock X670E | AMD 7800X3D | 64Gb DDR5 6000 | RTX 4090 | 2TB NVMe | Seasonic Vertex 1000W I LG Ultra Gear 34 UW I
December 27, 20223 yr The default keyboard command for 'ARM AUTO THROTTLE' in the Autopilot section is Left Shift R. I have this bound to a button on my TM Warthog. It works for PMDG, Fly by Wire and the default MSFS aircraft. I'll try later today to see if the binding is a toggle - from memory I think it is. Regards Trevor
December 27, 20223 yr I've bound the backcourse button (since I never use it) on my Bravo AP to auto-throttle. Works great. Edited December 27, 20223 yr by FakeWayne

December 30, 20223 yr Author @FakeWayne Thanks for that info. I have bound the bravo back (rev) switch as you said. Also I found a "AUTO THROTTLE DISCONNECT" in the autopilot section. I bound switch 2 on top of the alpha yoke (L/H side) to this. (It depends if you have a spare button to use). Works good. Kev
