At the same time you are right we don't have articles neither in Russian nor in Ukrainian languages

That's so cool. And explains a lot about these speach patterns that I keep noticing when I hear Ukrainians speak english.

@sd_flyer I have a slightly off topic question for you.

There is something in your writing english that I recognized and it sparked my curiosity. In the wake of the russian invasion I started following a few Ukrainian YouTube channels that report in english on the state of things. One of them is even related to our hobby, because he is a commercial pilot and the war forced him to become a reporter on the war instead of being able to fly...

I know who you mean (DD) and he's very good - he seems to have excellent sources with detailed info without compromising OpSec.

It is also interesting to note that even with 'a' and 'the' missing throughout the sentences, it is still easily understandable.
I do wonder that English is overcomplicated sometimes, although I do like that we don't have grammatical gender and noun class - that was the hardest part of learning French, German, and Spanish for me.

In any case, to get back on thread, I always look forward to SD_Flyer's comments and insights in this forum.
I believe his directness is also a feature of his background, and can be misunderstood as rudeness sometimes, but not by me.
I wish more people had his directness and willingness to share his knowledge and perspective on things.

I wonder if they'll do tutorial videos like they did with the A310.
