A few quick questions about MSFS...

You open the airplane grid where all the planes are in a table. There is a blue menu on the left hand side with 5 or 6 entries and it is one of the lower ones.

There is also a video on the products page explaining use of the Presets Manager.

Kind regards, Michael

Does your plane appear to pause in mid-air, or does it disappear from their view?

Both. You will pause, and then disappear from their view because most airplanes don't have rear-view mirrors. 😉

Does anyone else think there is a distinct lack of suspension feel when taking off and landing?

One problem is that descending in the air and descending through the suspension travel is one of those things you only notice in a real aircraft by the feel. It's really hard to simulate that bump at full suspension compression unless your chair is on a motion base. And even then, you might get some feel for it in a tubeliner. The stroke length for the oleo on a 737's main landing gear is around 14 inches.  But in smaller aircraft the suspension travel just isn't long enough to really translate into the sim.

I think I downloaded the wrong software the first time because I did not see it. I re-downloaded everything and now I see the entry on the left side menu. Thanks for the info 🙂
