Outstanding effort - for me, it is (again) the best FS video I've ever seen. Thanks for the effort.Dave Blevins

What an incredible film - many thanks!(Thanks also for convincing me never to fly Qantas!)Toni.

It's not difficult at all to build a system to match this level of detail and speed. An E6600, nVidia 8800 GTS 640, 2 GB 800 MHz memory system went for between $1800 and $2000 back in March including a 20" Flat Screen. I've overclocked my system to 3.34 GHz with just a Zalman 9700 cooler and I also attached a $5.00 fan to the top of the Northbridge heatsink (DFI Infinity 975G/X). I wouldn't call this a heavy overclock, pretty basic actually compared to what I've seen other people say they have done. Most of the tweaks I've done to FSX have been to increase detail (I hate the short range LOD even on max), and I get between 22 and 30 fps (30 fps lock) consistently in sunny weather with light clouds, bloom off, 2.x low water, heavy air traffic, ground traffic 35%. FPS can go down to 12 in large cities like Boston and NY, but even there, as your altitude goes up, so does your FPS.I also recommend installing Ultimate Terrain/X to increase the realism even further.Beautiful videos - I love the camera work.Thomas[a href=http://www.flyingscool.com] http://www.flyingscool.com/images/Signature.jpg [/a]I like using VC's :-)N15802 KASH '73 Piper Cherokee Challenger 180

>That was a USAF ValkyrieYup, the version I used in the film was made by Alphasim. Just an awesome plane I have to say. There's a freeware one out there as well, but the AS version just blows it away in all areas and flies on the numbers (except when I'm flying it). Just getting from point A to B in that thing, without turning yourself into a cloud of shredded burnt tinfoil, is a satisfying event.Thankfully Phil and the guys at Alphasim took my misuse of it well and got a good laugh out of it. ;)-Mike
