I really miss the old liveries of The US  Navy CAG birds...I tend to think in this age of Stealth Aircraft  these great paint schemes are long gone.

Very cool.  When I was in and worked F-111's it was absolutely forbidden to paint cool things on the aircraft. They had no sense of pride I in my opinion.

Superb pictures of the a/c with these (bygone?) paints.... Patrick...!! Not being as knowledgeable as you, in such fighter a/c SIMs...the only way I could tell them apart is the subtle (but distinct) artwork on the twin-tails...🙂...

(Ok, now staying tuned for the New Projects...you're surely in the thick of it ...)

Lol….I don’t think I’m anymore knowledgeable than your average Warbird Enthusiast….But it really is fun to learn about The Machines and the Men and Women who fly them,That’s a Great side benefit of this niche hobby😃
