file will not download

I purchased through simmarket so I am using the the simmarket app.  The program gets all the way to the end of download but then I get the error in red saying could not download.  Can someone please help me?

I have just posted the following to another user with the same issue. -  "I gave up using the app some time ago, although I believe they have improved it since then.  Just sign in to SimMarket and click on Purchase History. Select the item you want to download.and this takes you to the downloads page. Download as required.  I tried it a few moments ago and all working normally.  Of course, it may be there is a specific problem with certain products in which case you should message SimMarket."    Hope this helps..

I wonder if this is better now that I posted FS-ATC-Chatter 1.2.3 on Sim Market. 1.2.3 has a traditional windows installer which is what Sim Market prefers over zip files.

I am in the middle of my fourth try from Gumroad.It gets to 2.85gig then never finishes. I reported that the site was safe so lets see if that helps.P2A is awfully quiet.:)

 

Latest update!! File has downloaded to the 2.85 gig point and once again that is where it stops.  😞

"This file is not commonly downloaded. Make sure that you trust this file before you open it."

Please help if possible.
