John Helms Yes. I've reinstalled aircraft and scenery and the sim itself numerous times when changing computers or trying to debug a problem. Just make sure that you're using the same account to reinstall your plane that you used to purchase it in the first place. Also, as @Bert Pieke pointed out, it's probably better to delete the plane within the Content Manager, but you can indeed reinstall a plane that you hand-deleted yourself. Just make sure you're using the same Microsoft account.
