How do you get stable 5.7ghz? do you overclock? is there any guide you recommend?

No manual overclocking. I only used Intel Extreme Tuning utility and set all P-Cores to 5.7ghz. On Asus Bios : Adaptive boost=enabled , Multicore enhancement= enabled ( limit to 90c) and some  undervolting to vf point offset values ( V/F point  7,8,9 and 10  to -0.0500v )

its important to have a good motherboard and PSU

I have a AMD 5800X3D how do I know which cores for MSFS and which ones to let background apps like the following:

Navigraph, fsltlinjector, Vpilot, PACX, and a couple other add-ons running in the back ground like for the flight computer to tablet...

Asus Tuf Gaming Plus B550 - Ryzen 7 5800X3D - Asus GeForce 4080 RTX OC Edition - 64GB DDR4 (3600Mhz) - EVGA 850W Power Supply - 2X 1 TB NVME PCIE gen 4 - Windows 11 (24H2)
