that's odd, vr is perfect for hud since it perfectly renders the hud collimation as in real life.

Did you enable it in the Load Manager? It's an airframe-specific option.

Yes enabled at load manager and now the HUD is on the planes but is off

There are HUD power controls on the left side of the center console that need to be turned on... see the pics earlier in this thread.
