Using the settings in the pic, with the framerate locked at 27, it pretty much stays pegged at 27 at all times. I'm using very dense autogen, high 2.x water, traffic off, cloud draw 80mi, and all other sliders far right. As to the location, just take off from Dundee, UK (EGPN), and fly west until you are out of the city. Not sure what altitude I was at though. Here's some coorinates I found in another thread. They are from a location which is several minues west of Dundee, but over the same landclass. N56 27.97, W3 30.24
