December 1, 20232 yr I recently heard that you can now turning icing on in the Fenix and it works well.. However, I have flown in icing conditions recently and do not see the icing on the plane. Did something change in the sim where icing effects aren't visible anymore? No it does not work well (anymore). My pitot tube froze on approach two days ago... They already stated on Discord that it needs a winter fix (again). As for the visual icing, it's not coded yet on the Fenix. For transparency: I'm a community mentor at the BATC discord. However, I do not get paid for it in any way.
