Ah wait it shows "installed" for you? How is that? I have KORD from the marketplace too and  FSDT does not show "installed" for KORD. It treats KORD in-game like any other airport from the Marketplace.
I think here's what's going wrong for you, but I have no idea how it can show "installed" for you. Do you have copied it to the community folder maybe? Because it should be in the "official" folder like any other marketplace addon.

Yeah... I have been flying in and out of FSDT ORD for the last few years.  There is no issue with the scenery other than in the GSX installer, it shows installed, but not active.  Apparently that is what is making GSX not work at that airport. I show it is also in my community folder.

I don't think that is the issue because I own FSDT KEYW that I had bought early-on in the MP.  It has always worked fine and shows up in the FSDT App as not installed or active.  Not sure what that could be...I would post in the FSDT forum....

That‘s exactly your problem. KORD is in the wrong place. If it‘s from the marketplace as you say, move it out of the community folder back into the official folder. Then it will work.

For explanation: Since your KORD is - wrongly - in the community folder, FSDT thinks you actually bought it from them and therefore have an activation code, which you don‘t. That‘s what causes your error message. This will not happen if you move it into the official folder.

For transparency: I'm a community mentor at the BATC discord. However, I do not get paid for it in any way.
