February 14, 20242 yr In a flight KDTW-KJAX, the temperature on the ground at KDTW was -1o. I received ECAM msg "FUEL L INNER TK LO TEMP". I did not know how to address this message so I departed anyway. During the climb to FL360, I received similar messages for the other (3) tanks (the center tank was empty). When the messages appeared, TAT was -21o and SAT was -48o. I have seen a posting from EMI that in low fuel temperature situations to either fly faster or lower but then I cannot explain the message I received while still on the ground. Are these messages correct ? What's the corrective action on the ground or in the air or do we just ignore them ? zachlog

The Fenix doesn't play nicely when icing simulation is on (unless you use a beta fix from their Discord). At -1°C, you shouldn't be receiving low temp cautions, IMO. Quote Low fuel temperature ECAM is triggered at approx -43°C for A319/A320 and -44°C for A321. If on the ground, delay takeoff until temperatures are within limits. If in flight, descending or increasing speed should be considered. Perhaps cheat and go the maintenance page in the MCDU and clear any faults? February 14, 20242 yr Icing in MSFS has no effect on the fuel. The ECAM message is very strange and I never encountered it on the Fenix (and that is with Icing on and in the Siberian Winter with -30 degrees). You've either encountered a very rare bug or you had some sort of failure enabled. For transparency: I'm a community mentor at the BATC discord. However, I do not get paid for it in any way.
February 14, 20242 yr My guess is probably a random failure or bug also. -1 degree fuel temp is no problem. Was that your actual fuel temp as indicated on the fuel page?
