gsx objects stuttering

Recommended Posts

Posted (edited)

My sim is fluid , with good fps, but my gsx objects ( fuel truck , stairs and even my plane when pushed back is really stuttery ) any body else has this problem?

Not using any Frame generation now at LIRN RD presets 52 FPS DX11 GPU limited .

No I don't even understand what you mean. The objects move in a stutterly fashion? Or the FPS? In either case none of this happens on my side (and my PC is much weaker than yours).

I remark that too during pushback.

Since last gsx 2.9.2, seem to be better.

I mean I can see for example have AI planes rolling by fluid, and the GSX truck is one stutter show truck every now and then, same as bagage trucks.

all gsx vehicles stutter as hell, even pax, it's been for a long time now, the dev doesn't know how to fix this unfortunately, it's a Simconnect issue he says, even though a year ago his app also connected through simmconect and it did'nt stutter.

I see no stuttering with GSX, sorry. The people move kind of awkwardly, yes, but fluid.

Do you have Intel hyperthreading or AMD multithreading ON within your mobo bios?

Uh actually I don't know. I have an AMD chip and went with default, whatever that is.

well if it's default bios settings, you have it ON, so you must be lucky, 'cause a user in fsdreamteam's forum fixed his gsx vehicles stutter disabling multi-threading, I also tried with it disabled with no success, same stutters and they are immersion killing ones, when pushing back and push back truck (tow bar and tow-less bar) is making the 90%'sh final turn and you are looking at pilot's view on the PMDG 737 the stutters are ugly to say the least (in my case).

Any chance for a video? Maybe we are interpreting things differently, but seeing the same. I use GSX since P3D so am quite used to how it looks.

Got HT on (Intel chip) and no GSX stutters. Did you post on their forums?

I get regular stutters w/ GSX objects, but not a lot of them.  I always see a few with every flight it seems.

I even have stutter with the pushback every now and then because of this. But it is mostly the animations like the busses arriving departing, trolleys etc. I have no HT on ( actually AMD it's called SMT ). For the rest I am getting used to GSX and now with Fenix V2 it's even easier. So it's not a rand, but I wanted to know if I was the only one.
