Overhaul did not help. same problem here after the 1.3 update. You should be able to fix it during the walk-around, but the "recharge" option doesn't work. Another weird thing: first time I did the walkaround, my engine was at 99%. I switched on the battery and went back to the walkaround mode to try and recharge the battery again and suddenly my engine showed it was at 39% I must have picked up a few gremlins during the update.
