FSiPanel and EGFH Swansea

Featured Replies

Can someone who has FSiPanel and the PilotPlus EGFH Swansea installed please check to see if the main runway 04/22 is an option for practice approaches? I am only seeing the short cross runway 10/28 in the list.

I have 04/22 showing up in the list, along with 10/28. I'm on version 1.0.0.106 of FSiPanel.

No, sorry I missed that part of your post. I just have the MSFS default Swansea.

I can see both rwy 04/22 and rwy 10/28 available for approaches in FSiPanel.

AIRAC 2408 installed in both MSFS and FSi.

Can you confirm that you have the PilotPlus version of the airport installed?

That is a bit of a mystery then. I wonder if I should try reinstalling the airport to see if that solves the problem? I only have the AIRAC version that came with the plane (I think it is 2106), but I cannot see why that would make any difference.

What is the most cost effective way to get a single AIRAC update to the latest version for the PMDG 737-600?

What date of Navigraph Cycle Airport DataBase do you have installed on your FSI Panel?

Apparently your problem could depend on the information contained in the NAVIGRAPH CYCLE AIRPORT DATABASE, of those dates, which could be incomplete / not updated at that time for that airport.

This is what it looks like now:

It still puzzles me why the main runway 04/22 is not detected. Every other airport that I have tried so far in FSiPanel works just fine (including other airports with no approaches). Is there no way to manually add this runway to the FSiPanel database?

Alternatively, maybe someone could answer my question regarding the most cost effective way to purchase a single AIRAC update?

You can subscribe to Navigraph, on a monthly basis according to their website, and cancel it after the first month.

Do I click on the download link where it states "Navigraph Hub"?

EDIT: I think that I have worked it out.
