Has anyone heard if they are going to give an option to remove the yoke? Still don't understand why this is so hard? It is so annoying!

A couple of weeks ago I opened a ticket for this, for both sims. This was their reply:

There is currently no option to lower or hide the yokes in the MD-11. This is something that we may look into for a future update, but I cannot promise this.

For reference, their 717 for FSX and P3D has already the ability to hide the yoke. Someone at TFDi missed the usability courses...

Mobile rig: ASUS Zenbook UM425QA (AMD Ryzen 7 5800H APU @3.2 GHz and boost disabled, 1 TB M.2 SSD, 16 GB RAM, Windows 11 Pro). Running FS9 there for airliner ops. FSX-SE also installed, mainly for VFR. Lossless Scaling in al my rigs. What a godsend...

Rest assured, it's a straightforward fix.
Now people know about this issue and their attitude.
If you prioritize lowering or hiding this yoke, such an easy fix, and they refuse, don't buy the product. Your message will be loud and clear, especially when this was done in FSX or P3D.
Few developers have started embracing this attitude toward the customer; it's time to put a stop to this "we'll be looking into or can't promise."

I just seems to me that in ALMOST all other GA and Airliners there is an option to remove. I would go so far as to say don't code the yoke and save time and money. Charge for an addon!😁

Or at least code it so that it's smooth. The twitchiness is what's half the issue....

it seems they had a modeler under contract to create the interior and exterior models but didn't retain them post-release (hence why they put out feelers for a modeler recently in order to make improvements to the exterior model) so they aren't able to make changes like this at the moment. that's just a guess on my part though. they do seem to be sort of 'scraping by' to get this addon out the door and address feedback, which makes the price point questionable to me. i want to see them succeed and get it to the level of quality i know TFDi is capable of, but at the current pricepoint it feels like taking a risk a lot more than it should.
