I've found myself flying mostly in Switzerland and Austria over the last few weeks, following the latest WU - and it looks incredible.

My very basic, unfiltered screengrabs won't do it justice, nevertheless, I thought I would share with you a few pictures from my latest flight from Faro to Innsbruck in the A320neo.

Beautiful shots!

After world update 18 i find myself flying Switzerland almost exclusively, it's a wonderful world.

I wonder if anyone knows a method to take screenshots like 'fire-and-forget'?
So taking screenshots with one of the Honeycomb Alpha buttons and having the screenshot automatically saved without showing it first.
That way one can take rapid serial screenshots and later pick the best one.

Thanks very much!

It really is!  They've done a really great job of that update.

Hopefully someone might know a way to do that.  I alt+f1 in mine to take a screengrab.  It doesn't show up as such, but it does appear briefly in a pop-up on the top left of my screen which slides away in seconds.  It then saves automatically to a folder on my D drive.  Cheers,

Haha.  Thanks.  I never really flew here much before the update so I have nothing to compare it against...but it looks amazing post-update, that's for sure 🙂  Cheers,

Gorgeous set of shots Calum, well done!

I don't have a clue about anything outside the US. Most of my scenery is from Orbx and they require that you use there scenery in your screenshots, so this is the first time in a long time I ventured away from the Orbx screenshot forum, seems strange to be able to take snaps anywhere and anything, of which I have yet to do. 😁

I used to have loads of Orbx add-ons for the previous iteration of the sim but only have GB North, Central and South installed in MSFS - for that reason, i've spent most of my time to date flying in the UK and to neighbouring countries.

I'll need to try a few flights in the US soon.  Any particular routes you would recommend?  Cheers,

Calum

I mostly fly GA planes in the PNW and Alaska. I like to fly around the San Juan Islands, Orcas Island, Friday Harbor, Orbx has a lot of scenery for those areas.

A few of those sceneries ring a bell.  I'll maybe have a wee flight in that region later this evening!  Cheers,

No need for filtering, Calum...this set of pics look gorgeous indeed...🙂...

I also like to fly in this region very much...It has been so, since the days of MSE...which you might recall ...🙂...Of course, MSFS has now provided us with a remarkably beautiful rendition...out-of-the-box...

Thanks for sharing...!
