Thanks buddy. And yes, I remember the ORBX issues with posting screenshots. That was one of the reasons (not the main one) I stopped posting there. I have the feeling that Avsim now has followed this path. I will try Imgur. I just hope that the other websites, where I post my images, will accept this one too. Because I just hate to use multiple sites from where I need to download my images.

AVSim is using Direct Link like everyone else like Orbx and Flightsim. I was frustrated by this change last Tuesday. Now at least, one format for everybody.

Thanks, Andy...for trying both methods...BBCode and Direct.

I personally prefer the BBCode method (easier for my eyes to scroll up and down with 20 images while working on the Editor window), and which indeed used to work here before ...but no more ... unfortunately ...

Oh well...one format now for everybody as Darryl says...Cheers...!

My imgur does not show a "direct link" option in the dropdown menu for share options. Where can I find it? Thanks..BTW, there was a time when posting screenshots was a piece of cake...

Same here, no "direct Link" with me either. Using the copy link function (that's the only thing that imgur shows me) does not work for me here on avsim

Holy, now what a disaster just only for post a pic in a forum..🫢

Bernd, do you not see the pic from Andy above and with the option to see more links you have that direct link and only copy this and go ahead, my site is similar so works beautful for me..

So if you not seeing this, something goes wrong or maybe some options are wrong but i don`t know this site..

Hope you will get it !" - good luck 🤙

cheers 😉

Yes I did, I just resent it to your avsim inbox. Maybe the first time I didn't do it the correct way 😃
