Does anyone knows whats the problem here?

Ive been searching also at flytampa forums but havent fixed yet.

This is an issue with 5.4.  There is a lua script available somewhere to fix this, you can also revert back to 5.3.

Check Fly Tampa forum for Amsterdam P3D V5 Comparability, there are numerous posts and links to the ground LUA and other users issues which are carefully explained.

Its a very satisfying scenery when installed finally!

Have a very careful read and follow the install exactly, you may also need to have Fly Tampa Scenery towards top of list in scenery config.

Check if you also have "\Amsterdam\scenery\terrain" and "\Amsterdam\scenery\world" added in the scenery in add-ons.xml
