October 4, 20241 yr I have today downloaded and updated my PMDG 777 to the latest version. I then uploaded Navigraph via the EFB. I have tried setting up two different flights (EIDW/LIRF) and (EGKK/LEPA) using Simbrief as my flight planning tool I select and load the flight plan into the MCDU. Then I go to the Dep/Arr page. I am able to select the departure runway and SID, but not the arrival runway and STAR. It just not give me any options for planning my arrival. Not something I have experienced before. Any thoughts, suggestions etc would be appreciated. George Westwell
October 4, 20241 yr There is an update to yesterday's airac (r2) that fixed a lot of issues I had with the T7. I'd re-update the airac from the Hub and try there. My issues were it not grabbing the ILS diamonds, but I've heard of issues with PMDG's line and the first Airac update yesterday.

Thanks Brammy - I have just noticed the update - so will give that a whirl. Cheers. George Westwell

Updated Navigraph both through the hub and then the PMDG 777 EFB. Loaded the flight EIDW/LIRF having updated the time to current. Got the same issue. The Simbrief flight plan loaded fine into the MCDU, can set the departure runway and SID - but not the arrival runway and STAR. Here's hoping for a solution.................................. October 5, 20241 yr Author Tried again with a different flight (EGPH/LPPT) and same problem Has anyone else experienced the same problem? - I would like to identify whether it is me or a common issue EDIT: Just found the answer on the PMDG 777 forum. It is apparently a procedure which was written by a 777 Captain on the testing team - the arrival page is visible 400NM (or maybe it was TOD) from your destination. A bypass is to select 6LK which has Index written alongside it. Edited October 5, 20241 yr by SquadronLeader George Westwell
October 5, 20241 yr I was never able to update the AIRAC through the EFB. The download progress stops at around 80% of the bar. This has been the case ever since this function was introduced. I only ever update the AIRAC through the Navigraph Hub.

I was the same, the latest update fixes that problem, and now you can download Navigraph via the EFB George Westwell

I just completed a Saudi royal flight from KPDX to KLAS in the 77W .. with no issues. After you select your departure and activate it you must then press the corresponding key next to the index menu. It will then take you back to the departure / arrival selection page... select your arrival and proceed as normal.
