Oh yes, with a 500 kg world record deadlift.  yikes!

My dad used to use Mom and I as bar bells, when I was a kid, maybe 8 or 9. He had AAU weight lifting medals from his college days. Back when body building meant work, not steroids.

 

 So, I've never been a dumbell, but I have been a bar bell. LOL
