I see a new update for the PP has come out... haven't yet tested it out but will do so this afternoon...

Lets see if this enhances an already great headset!

After fiasco with IPD I'm not diving in right away.  Seeing as Pimax is the official headset of MSFS major updates dedicated MSFS should be down the road.  Pimax will pull out all the stops for this kind of opportunity.

Took the plunge and installed it.  After reading the change log I figured what the heck.  I must say it's an improvement on my end in the right direction.  I've been seeing the headset struggle at high altitude over or near add-on scenery.  After this update although the issue not totally gone there's an improvement.  90hz Upscaling looks a tad better as well.  I wish all updates worked out this well.😎  When it's this good I'm even more cautious with future updates.  I just know things will only get better now that the CL is the official headset for MSFS.

New Update:  I was playing around with the updated F-15EX (it's amazing now/JustFlight) and noticed the sim performance and visuals were amazing all around with no stutters over FlyTampa's Las Vegas.  I then remembered in my haist to try the new Eagle I forgot to turn off 'Use NANOVG for XML Gauges' as I usually do now.  I also had the headset at 90hz versus the Upscale option.  It appears v1.34.1 is a bigger update than meets the eye.  Looks like Pimax has been troubleshooting with Asobo.  Turning off 'Use NANOVG for XML Gauges' actually now is counter productive.  A big thanks is in order to Vonduck for mentioning this update. I was settling in for the frustration of high altitude flying with performance issues over add-on scenery for a longer period of time.  Make no mistake, the issue is still there but substantially reduced at 90hz versus Upscale or 72hz (running at 90hz was out the question before).  Nothing like a new Microsoft/Pimax partnership to directly fix nagging MSFS issues. The future looks bright on the MSFS front for sure.😎

Well, i'm sure glad that worked out for you Dillon! Sometimes updates are fickle and given our PC's are different, you never can be sure if the impact will be positive or negative! Super glad it was beneficial for you mate!
