I saw a flight on Flightaware the other day called "BUY319" and the aircraft was type Embraer170.   I know "SWA" is Southwest Airlines, but, what airline uses the "BUY" code?   I haven't been able to find it on the net.  Do any of you know?

This is the only reference to BUY319 that I could find:  Wonder if it's associated with a short route Iowa Airline?
