How to get rid of the EFB in the cockpit ?

Featured Replies

How (if it is possible) do you manage to get rid of the EFB in the virtual cockpit ? Tha TAB key only serve for the pop up EFB but the one in the VC always stay on.

On the DA 62, it is in the midle of the windows, very annoying, and I did not figure out how to remove it. Clicking on the support with the mouse did not help even if the mouse pointer change so it seems it should be the way but I can't figure it out.

Is there a specific function in the list ?

Thanks

Bummer.

Thanks Tuskin

I think the EFB can be removed but the holder can't... I found what looks like a slim press button down the (right hand) side, I think, of the EFB that hides it just leaving the plastic holder attached to the windscreen, that I can't seem to remove. The button is like one of those side press buttons on a tablet.

In a pre-release video I definitely saw the suction pad glowing blue like a clickable object (I use legacy so have this hideous colour flashing off), so that suggests is should be possible to Hide, so perhaps it's a Bug....another one for the ever growing list.

Saitek X45 HOTAS - Saitek Pro Rudder Pedals - Logitech Flight Yoke - Homemade 3 Button & 8-directional Joystick Box, SNES Controller (used as a Button Box - Additional USB Numpad (used as a Button Box)

Click the power button on the right side of the tablet.

Great, now to find the smallest button in VR to remove it but then have the suction pad still there annoying me 😆 good grief

Thanks, that's better.

It would be nice to be able to also remove the mounting tray, weird design decision from Asobo here.

It should be removable on the copilot side in the Airbusses. It breaks the immersion when that suction cup iPad always shows the same operating system page I am currently filling out on my iPad mirrored on the copilot side too.
