  1. Don’t hold your breath for the native 24 version… this delay is apparently just about backend infrastructure and DRM stuff.
  2. Guys, we have to understand one thing: we can complain about this or that bug here or anywhere else all day, every day, but unless there’s a highly upvoted thread about it on their own Forum, they simply won’t pay attention to it. We need to do a better job of organizing around the main issues we want to see fixed or improved.
  3. Ugh that's too bad. It really kills the excitement for doing long hauls if there is a perceived 50/50 chance you won't arrive.
  4. The Tristar and A340 were 3-4 months marketplace exclusive.
  5. The NEOs will be standalone, but owning both the CEO and NEO will also get you a modernised CEO with the NEO’s updated systems and new software standards etc.
  6. I don't think they have dropped development of either their E145 or Challenger 350. I think they were just announced wayyy too early, with much too ambitious timelines. The Avanti EVO and Citation X+ might be a different story, though. It does seem like neither of them will be happening anymore.
  7. The clever people in the FFX Discord have figured out that it’s almost certainly a Hawker 800/850/900.
  8. Pre-release for Streamers is starting next week.
  9. Latest post from their Discord, two days ago: "Thanks to SayIntentions we have SELCAL simulated. This is the last feature before release and as far as we know, it's the first airplane to have it for MSFS. I know a lot of people are eagerly waiting. We will keep you all updated as soon as possible. The majority of the work left is all of the backend items (website store, DRM, customer support, servers)."
  10. Does it perhaps have a special...legacy...?
  11. My pity towards PEsim is somewhat limited. They announced LFPG two years ago at this point, and while I understand that it’s a major undertaking, I still think you can’t reasonably expect exclusivity for that length of time for one of the most important missing airports in Europe. And their reaction/statement regarding Aerosoft giving up on LFPG wasn’t exactly classy either.
  12. Let's not forget one thing: the core issue is that both the piston and turbine engine simulations in the sim are relics from decades ago. Only relatively recently has Working Title started modernizing them, first with improvements to the turbocharger simulation (was that in SU5?), and now in SU6 beta there are fixes to the turbine simulation that, according to some developers, look very promising.
  13. Just keep in mind that this turbo version is turbo-normalized, so it doesn't actually make more power than the N/A one. It just keeps sea-level power (around 29.9 inches) all the way up to its critical altitude, instead of gradually losing it as you climb.
  14. So... is it worth the price tag? Most of your reviews have been quite positive, but after converting from euros, it comes out to about $63 for me. That's more expensive than the Fenix A320 and even some of the PMDG 737/777 variants. A pretty steep ask in my opinion. What do you think?
  15. I'm mainly flying the Fenix, and I'm having the same issues with Continue Pushback, not using SLC. I'll do a flight later and specifically keep an eye on the toolbar status.
  16. Ahh, I missed that, thanks for clarifying.
  17. When he made that comment on June 18 Synaptic staff still replied on Discord that it will not have a working weather radar because of the differences in map projection. Apparently something changed between then and now.
  18. https://contrail.shop/pages/compare/gaya-simulations-vs-fly-tampa-lgkr-corfu-airport-msfs
  19. It's a good scenery, but it won't blow you away. Standards for sceneries have risen quite a bit since Gaya's last payware release, and I can't help but feel slightly underwhelmed, especially when it comes to the airport surroundings. That said, it's priced fairly.
  20. If I see that it's one of your liveries, or one from one of your fellow well-known painters, I already know the quality will be very good. In that case, I usually just look at the first 2–3 images to see if I like the paint job and colors or if it's simply not my taste. If it's uploaded by someone I don't recognize, especially if it's one of their first liveries, I do like to see a few more screenshots to get a better sense of the overall quality as well.
  21. Oh yeah, the AirlandFS R44 was a dream to fly... Good times!
  22. The flight model issues that YourSimCFI pointed out in his video have been fixed. Just goes to show how important it is for people with early access to do more than just glaze the product and actually point out things that need improving.
  23. As Jon pointed out, they announced this back on February 17, so they probably just skipped ahead four months in the sim to get better lighting for the screenshot... Has there been any communication about the Legacy since then? The only thing I've seen was some debugging on the Working Title Discord that seemed to hint it may include the new WT Avidyne IFD units.
  24. Very exciting news indeed! I'm curious whether they'll be using the Pro Line Fusion from the Synaptic A220 or the Working Title iteration that's coming with the WT Praetor 600 hopefully later this year.
  25. I held off on buying the Max until SP1, and so far I'm really pleased. Obviously no software is ever perfect, but my first impressions have been very positive. My favorite thing by far is how it hand-flies. Last night I had one of the most satisfying landings I've had in the MSFS 2020/2024 ecosystem in the last six years, into Palma de Mallorca at sunset.
