December 11, 20241 yr ok it's deffo related to server nonsense, after my +4mins earlier it went back to 3mins 30secs, then I had to restart PC and the next load was 3mins 58secs. Zero mods, zero reason other than reading from the server so if that's having a bad day then we may as well boil the kettle and make a cuppa tea after clicking the desktop icon! They should rephrase that message into "Trying to connect to our network". Because that is what it is, it's their network not responding/connecting, not ours. December 11, 20241 yr Author The odd thing is once the sim loads and hit fly now sim loads in less than 30 seconds. So, for me, the problem is on the front end.

December 12, 20241 yr Yesterday night i managed to load in the end. Trying again now, again the same thing. Spinning circle, not even the loading bar showing up. *sigh* Chock 1.1: "The only thing that whines louder than a jet engine is a flight simmer."
December 19, 20241 yr I caved and removed the locked frames in Nvidia Control Panel. It worked. Loading time went from 7.5 minutes to 2.0 minutes, no more getting stuck on loading the language. To keep my frames locked at 30, I had to reduce my monitor's refresh rate to 60hz and used the in-game Vsync set at 50%. Not as efficient as using Nvidia, but it works.
