December 15, 20241 yr The LOD bug hit my KSUA scenery where a few crucial buildings were not visible at even a minimal distance. These were stock buildings from FS2020, so it was even affecting their own assets. All for the best, as it forced me to create a new version for 2024 which ended up looking better, and made me split out my Florida water fixes into its own mod. SHAMELESS PLUG Florida Waterfixes (makes all of the bridges visible and removes water from roads) @ vbazillio I love your sceneries. I love seeing the small fields and small airports come alive, and your work is consistently great and professional. I have all of your work for CA/San Diego and have started to make that one of my "go to" regions for my GA flying. Many thanks for your freeware! flightsim.to - map

Some of them appear to have been updated, but mostly not. I have been noticing that many of the smaller freeware sceneries that just add a building here or there are no longer necessary, as 2024 seems to do a bit better with the default stuff it lays down. Now this is very airport dependent, as my airport, KSUA still looked like a hot mess in 2024. But my 2020 scenery using just default assets did not port over in a usable state because of the LOD bug and some missing default assets, so I had to re-do it. It might be tedious, but I would only re-enable those addons which you know will be making an impact and seem to work OK. or for which there is still a gap. For example, I find southern Spain is now much better than in 2020, but in the Granada region, there is still no photogrammetry, so I still had to use the community version of that from ezro so I could see the Alhambra again as it is supposed to be. flightsim.to - map

Yeah, I fly a lot in Spain and it's islands and find Ezro's scenery a fantastic addition along with a few otheres of a similar nature.
