February 1, 20251 yr Various randoms from my recent explorations. I've been following some of the threads about all the problems with this broken sim (2024) and it feels like I must have a different version. I've also been following one about the Ifly 737 and the various aspects of flying that aircraft. And I don't have the slightest idea what most of the terminology in that thread even relates to! I'm just happy that 2024 is giving me exactly what I want from my sim - a mostly spectacular world to explore. I don't have the same urge I had in 2020 to trawl around complex airports, or constantly experiment with new aircraft, I'm just happy to discover amazingly well-presented areas and take lots of low n'slow trips around them. Some of these pix are a bit over-exposed. I'm using the new DLSS stuff and maybe that's affecting the screen grabs - the sim looks better than ever on the HDR screen but the SDR grabs feel a bit washed out lately. I probably need to investigate a bit but frankly, I can't be *rsed. Too much fun flying around exploring. Anyway, enjoy these. All 4k and ultra, as usual This big boy seems to fly ok in 24 Inside the 737 BBJ. A very impressive interior and if I could travel like this I might even be persuaded to do so for real. Nice to be able to do so in the sim though. This is actually the border between China and North Korea. And it really does look like this on Google Earth. I assume it's a cleared, and possibly mined, path. Flight was out of ZYBS and is worth a visit And this is me causing an international incident landing on a little strip just inside the Korean border Here's an F-22A, out of Tinker AFB And here it is arriving at F22 (Perry Municipal) about 30 miles north! Can't remember where this was Looking out towards Kuala Lumpar And a cockpit view of KL Around NZWN A-400 out of VILH A-400, Bermuda I think Icon, Bermuda probably Bell, south from ESSA Vancouver Around Dunedin. Bit washed out but amazing scenery and recommended Looking forward to SU1 going live. February 2, 20251 yr Wonderful ensemble of 2024 images, Andy...Glad MSSF2024 is working well for you...so it is in my Xbox case too...though I'm missing the airliners beyond the default (Asobo) set...especially the more complex/payware ones... You got a nice angle here on that comfortable BBJ Master Bedroom facility...🙂... And, that 3rd shot of the Border...it looks like the nature pathway of a park I was walking on last week around here ...it was a winter wonderland...except no fear of (potential) mines ... Thanks for sharing...!
