I'm seeing these red structures at O'Hare. Are they normal, and what are they?

Normal as to positioning I don't know but they look to be blast fences to me.

Are they supposed to be red? I think they are grey in FS9.

They look to be the standard FSX blast fence....red and white are the proper colors.Jim
