Although my issue seemed to resolve itself last night, things the response I got from Microsoft support FYI:

Thank you for contacting Microsoft Flight Simulator Support today.

Cached or outdated data could also hinder the proper loading of updated official add-ons. Make sure to delete any old versions.

Delete the Streamed Packages folder.

Close MSFS 2024

Delete the "StreamedPackages" folder that is located here by default:

Xbox app/MS store:C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Limitless_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\StreamedPackages

Steam:C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024\StreamedPackages

Well thats a new one I havent heard of yet - I noticed it didnt specify PC version (not steam) but it looks like its the same as the xbox app location.   I wonder if its smoke or if it actually does anything.

It was happening to me this morning. I was trying to fly the Fenix. I haven't figured out WHY it sometimes doesn't load. I quit the sim, started again, and it worked. No idea...

Don't know but daylight saving time might have triggered something (?)

Anyway, when this sort of weirdiness happens I always got to my Win 11 time & date pan and reset the clock, by qurying the default NTP servers :

Date & time / Sync now
