With the C182Q start is always IN the cockpit with the cabin cover on. Shift-C is not working to get in or out to accomplish the walk around for removing items.

No problems when start on runway.

Can this be corrected somehow?

Did your control assignment switch to 2020 transversal?  If you go back to 2024 transversal it should work

My Keyboard is set like for all AC: General Controls: 2024 Transversal, Airplane Controls: 2024 Planes, Specific C182Q controls: None

This is the only aircraft not working the standard way.

Yeah it might be a bug - I own that plane as well - I think I may have reported it to Carenado.

I don't own the 182Q, but I purchased the 182RG package. When I spawn at the gates, I'm always standing outside of the plane. Is there much of difference between the 2 models?

Eh not really hehe.  I have the 182RG as well.  I just wanted to support 2024 development where I can.  It's hard for me to say no to a GA product.

I hear yeh. I'm falling in love with the GA planes also. 2024 is mesmerizing in a lot of areas. I go low and slow.

My C182Q decided it did not want to start today parked ? First time. Had to start my flight ready to go on the runway....

A little off topic but I have the Cessna 182Q and the key switch seems to be working backwards.  You turn it right to make it go left, and vice versus.

Flown this bird several times and that was the first time it ever happened. Maybe just a fluke with all the issues some were having yesterday.

Update,  Turns out there are 2 C182Q's One thats 20/2024 and one thats 2020 by Carenado. I enabled the wrong one, Hence the issue. Disabled  the 2020 and the enable the other one and all is good. Sorry for the off topic,

saw 182Q and well, there ya go.
