If you have registered with AIG check you spam email you will not get verified until your email is confirmed.

The 'nuclear option' is to delete everything relating to AIG from your Windows & P3D install.

1. Delete OCI from the AIG app.

2. Delete the AIGTECH folder from C:\ProgramData

3. Edit the ADD-ONS.CFG file in C:\ProgramData\LockheedMartin\ to remove the entry :-

PATH=G:\Programs\AIGAIM - OCI\OCI-Configuration
TITLE=AIGAIM AI Traffic
ACTIVE=true
REQUIRED=false

 

Then delete the AIG app and download and reinstall it (dont forget to check the Admin option in properties) from the website.  As I said though, this may be overkill, especially if you cannot get more help from AIG.

 

@SnoBrit Just saw your application and activated your account. You might need to check your email once more, though.

The reason why it takes a bit of time, is because a couple of months ago there was a huge influx of spambots, making new accounts left, right and center, posting links to websites with malicious content.  So we had to activate admin activation of new accounts.
Since we can't be around the website all the time (remember it's just a spare time thing we do, so we have our own individual lives and jobs), it might take a few hours (or days) between new accounts being activated.

Thank you @johanfrc1 I found the confirmation email and have verified successfully!  

i have managed to install about 10 airlines now, with American, British, Alaska, Delta, Fedex, DHL, KLM, Southwest and United Express refusing to download/complete install.
