In SimApPro, if you go deep in the menus, it requires manually entering the path to certain files. If I remember correctly, 4 files for 2024 and five for msfs2020. Until I entered those paths my FCU, MCDU, EFIS tested fine in SimApPro but would do nothing in the 2 msfs sims. But as soon as I entered the paths, all is well, no issues. For default file loactions, none of this is necessary because SimApPro can find msfs2020 and msfs2024. Otherwise simappro has no clue the flightsim is running.

But I'm not suing mobiflight nor FSIPanels.

Mine are in steam default but I will check the paths to make sure. No issue with 2020 but nothing with 2024 that why I was hunting around for mobifilght help. Thanks

The way my WinWing panels worked was they lit up, displayed numbers, passed all the tests in the ap, but did not change numbers in the sim when I moved the dials on the panels. Because the panels had no idea that msfs was even up and running. It has to know where certain files are in order to communicate with msfs. Once the panels sees msfs, then all works well.

5800X3D, RTX4070, 600 Watt, one or two 1440p 32" screens, 64 GB RAM, 4 TB  PCle 3 NVMe, Warthog throttle, VKB NXT EVO stick, Honeycomb Alpha yoke, CH quad, 3 Logitech panels, 2 StreamDecks, Desktop Aviator Trim Panel. Crystal Light VR.

Honestly I'd consider using SPAD, or at least looking at what SPAD can do with these devices. If you use it already for controls like I do - one less program to use. Snippets in the online repository you can use for your device and specific airplane profiles - lots of stuff in there for my FCU, MCDU, and FMC, I find it a lot easier to work with than Mobiflight or SimAppPro (which I really don't love)

Yeah - you just need Ultimate Edition and activate Beta Channel. I got sick of fiddling with MF and had issues with it trying to override other stuff, etc. just super clunky running 2-3 of the apps that control axes/buttons/etc.

Also on the off-chance you have to change something, I can figure out SPAD but I've never really dug into Mobiflight, so it just feels easier to me. MF was only for my Winwing devices so I didn't expend a lot of effort into learning it.
