Anyone Know How to Reach GSX/VIRTUALISOFTWARE.Com?

I got GSX through simmarket and when I went to activate it was met with "Invalid S/N."
I reached out to simmarket and was told to contact the maker of GSX, Virtualisoftware. In three weeks they've not answered me.
Anyone have a touch for them?

Assuming you used the same email to contact FSDT support and to register to this forum, I can confirm no emails from your email has ever been received about this issue. Simmarket only sells GSX, that is the FSX/P3D version so, maybe you wanted to buy GSX Pro instead, the version for MSFS 2020/2024 ?

If yes, it's normal you'll see an invalid key message, because a key for GSX won't activate GSX Pro. GSX Pro is only sold on the FSDT website, so if you really wanted to buy GSX Pro instead, you should ask Simmarket for a refund or store credit, indicating you bought the wrong version by mistake.

So I responded that I run P3D.

Nothing further since. I'm disappointed to say the least.

Unfortunately that's par for the course. Its also one of the reasons that prevents me from purchasing any more FSDT and GSX products sadly.

 

My gut feeling is GSX issues and product updates is a huge dev time sink for Umberto and while GSX is a great add-on that I have used for many years, my impression is it has become "a monster" to manage with the end result that customer support has truly suffered.

He truly has added a lot of nice functionality that I would have never of dreamed of wrt GSX in its early days. It has come along way for sure. 

 

In my mind, having someone else around to monitor email, the forums and of course the Discord server for GSX would surely keep a person busy 24hrs a day, but I am not sure that's a really viable solution unless someone wants to volunteer their time.
